English customers – important update

We have closed our English-language shop to keep our operations lean and focus on product quality, stability, and service.

Our German shop offers a much larger product portfolio. You now have access to the full Dr. Almond range in one place.

What you need to do (3 simple steps)

1. Continue shopping in our main shop

2. Create a new customer account

Customer accounts from the former English shop cannot be transferred automatically.

Please create a new account in our main shop — ideally using the same email address as before.

3. Get your loyalty almonds transferred

You will not lose your loyalty almonds (reward points).
Once you have created your new account, simply reply to our email and we will transfer your loyalty almonds to your new account.
To make it easy, just copy & paste this message:

Hello Dr. Almond Team,
I have created a new account in the German shop using this email address.
Please transfer my loyalty almonds to my new account.
Thank you!

How to view the shop in English
